Principal Attorney Joseph K. Reeder has been providing quality representation of individuals and
businesses, including large banks, corporations and insurance companies, and governmental entities throughout West Virginia since 1991. He has appeared as counsel in over thirty of West Virginia's fifty-five counties, as well as the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia. He has been trial counsel in numerous jury trials involving various legal issues, including medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, contract disputes, lender liability, insurance bad faith and criminal matters. He has also been counsel of record in various appeals to the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia.
